Fiesta ST Intercooler - VUDU Performance

The Fiesta ST180 MK7 has been a hit with tuning fanatics since its launch in 2013. One thing that was noticed by many right from the beginning was the lack of a quality intercooler for the Fiesta ST MK7. The OEM product is small thin and constructed from poor quality plastic and alloy material that would never suffice when looking into tuning the Fiesta ST.

Our VUDU Performance Fiesta ST Stage 3 intercooler has been manufactured with performance in mind. Designed offering an 85mm thick lower section tube and fin core with a level step to a 40mm thick upper section. This means a massive reduction in charge temperatures which in most cases will track close to ambient temperature.

Based on our testing the Fiesta MK7 St180 intercooler we experienced charge temperatures of up to 50 degrees on the OEM Ford intercooler. Using our VUDU intercooler these temperatures were reduced to within two degrees of ambient temperature.

This Fiesta Intercooler has been designed for cars running with the stock KP39 turbo as well as cars running hybrid turbos and big turbo conversions. This is the intercooler used on our VT330R spec Time Attack winning Fiesta ST

As with all of the VUDU Performance product range you can expect outstanding quality and performance. We highly recommend this intercooler on the ST180 if you have any plans to tune even from a basic stage 1 remap you will find positive gains.

**Please Note**

This Fiesta ST intercooler does not require any cutting or drilling and is a direct replacement for the stock Ford intercooler. All parts required to fit are included in the package and fitting is relatively straightforward.

Fitting requires basic tools and around two hours.
