This lockdown kit for the Fiesta MK7 platform is something others have overlooked. During the production of the Fiesta ST180 and EcoBoost models, the alignment of the subframe to the chassis is almost always off center. This means that the four wheel alignment is compensating for a car that otherwise wouldn't run square.

Our chassis lockdown kit is the perfect solution to this problem centering the holes where the subframe bolts hold the frame to the chassis. This means the front end of the car is truly square allowing a true four wheel alignment to be done.

This type of subframe lockdown kit has been used widely in the Honda and Subaru market for years with tremendous success. We would recommend this as one of the first Fiesta ST Mods you make.

As we found whilst racing our Fiesta ST180 Time Attack cars our subframes were considerably off center which led to the development of this kit. Any race team will explain the importance of a square setup allowing for the correct adjustment of toe and camber.

The install on this Fiesta ST lockdown kit is a simple DIY install with the removal of four subframe bolts inserting the collars and refitting the bolts. Use of Loctite is recommended when refitting the subframe bolts.
