Our Decel mapping can be added to our stage 2 and stage 3 remap files allowing the user to bang until their heart's content above 3k RPM where the overrun fuel injection will cut off and you can return to normal driving.

Will Pops And Bangs Damage My Engine:-

In short no. This is a product expected to be used with maturity it will create extra heat if used excessively. We can see most OEM manufacturers are now introducing this style of decel mapping into the stock cars. This isn't something they would do if it was dangerous as they have to offer a warranty however they can limit the overrun based on temperature and switch it off. This isn't as widely available aftermarket so its at the discretion of the owner to consider how they are using the product.

It is advisable not to repeatedly kit the hard cut limiter and allow the car to bang for long durations although we haven't linked this to any damage to date.
