Polo GTI Stage 2 Remap
Our Stage 2 remap software for the Polo GTI 1.8tsi has to be one of the most used Polo GTI remaps in the market currently. After more than fifty hours of development in our bespoke dyno cell and several thousands of road, miles to validate the driveability of the software it's no surprise that this is one of our most popular ECU remaps in our portfolio.
To run our VUDU stage 2 remap you do require some supporting modifications which can be supplied and fitted either in house with us or one of our VUDU Performance dealers if you would like a drive in drive out package with peace of mind.

Please note when using this stage 2 remap fuel quality is very important it is vital you are running 99 octane fuel unless you opt for our 95ron specific engine ECU remap. We optimise all of the VUDU remap software for Shell V-Power Or Tesco Momentum fuel. We do have calibrations for lower grade fuel which can be tuned at the request of the customer.
The Polo GTI 6C manual has been known to have a weak clutch that can slip with increased torque. We have flashed many cars across the globe with our stage 2 remap and rarely see this in most cases we have found the clutch works well providing it is not excessively worn. Although we cannot guarantee it won't slip once the software is installed.
Polo GTI DSG Gearbox Remap
The DQ200 gearbox found in the Polo GTI 1.8 tsi has been renowned for its dry clutch being an issue when tuning we have created a remapping service that ultimately limits the potential of damage to the gearbox although can not be guaranteed. It is extremely important to ensure you have a DSG gearbox remap to limit the chances of damage to the gearbox.
