Autosport International 2018 was very much the same as last year for us in the way of what was on display except this year VOODOOPA1 made an appearance.

It’s crazy to think that last year we all attended ASI17 in search of suppliers and products we could use, not fully aware that our ’13 plate molten orange ST would evolve in to what is now known as VOODOOPA1. With just over a week to go before the event, TAROX contacted us and asked if they could display VOODOOPA1 on their stand as our car features a bespoke set of TAROX 8 piston calipers.

This year a select few of us attended ASI18 where we caught up with old contacts, made new connections and checked out what the competition were up to. There was a vast amount of Ford Fiestas on display from rally cars, track cars and the all new Ford Fiesta ST that was welcomed with varying opinions.

It was great to see the guys from Airtec, Summit, Turbosmart, ITG, Akrapovic, Ecotune, Racinglines and United Auto Sport just to name a few.  We’re looking forward to some new ventures this year, so keep your eyes peeled for what’s on offer from AET Motorsport and for what’s in store for ASI19.
